3. Service Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We aim to meet your preferred timing.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges.
4. Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee may apply for initial inspection.
If the repair is confirmed, this fee will be adjusted in the final invoice.
If no repair is done, the diagnostic fee is still payable.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately after the completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Accepted payment methods: cash, card, UPI, or other electronic payments.
In cases of non-payment, [SMH Service] reserves the right to take legal action to recover the due amount.
6. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor. The duration may vary based on the type of repair.
The warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, or unrelated future issues.
7. Parts and Replacements

If a part is unavailable, we will inform you about the expected delay or available alternatives.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damage due to incorrect appliance usage after repair.
Delays caused by third parties, part shortages, or natural calamities are beyond our control and not liable.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide correct details about the appliance and ensure access for repair.
If access is not possible or the information is incorrect, a service charge may still apply.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is protected and used only for providing services.
We do not share customer data with third parties without explicit consent.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are only processed if a confirmed repair is not completed, subject to internal review.
